SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT

So you’ve browsed through the main categories and are ready to sign up and get connected. Whether you are a business and want to promote your products & services or if you are individual with a few parts you’d like to sell, either way, the first thing you need to do is setup an account, it’s free.

There’s a couple of ways to do this:

Along the top main menu bar, go to LOGIN and click on SIGN UP

or in the green section below, click on the CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT TODAY

Either way, you’ll land on the Account Information page. Here you will complete the necessary fields to setup your personal account. There are 3 sections to complete:

Account Information - the username and email that you enter here is what you will use to access the site. These fields are mandatory, will NOT be visible to other users, and we will not share your email address.

Personal Information - this is your personal profile information. Some of these fields although mandatory will not be visible to other users, take note of the info icons for each field. You can add what information you chose to be visible to other users

Business Information - this section is completely optional, please note that ALL fields are visible if completed. If not they are not visible, other users wont see a blank field if left empty. This section is helpful if you are representing a business and would like to have the business associated with your personal profile.

You will notice some fields may have icons accompanying them, if you mouse/hover over these images you’ll see their definition.

Note: all fields with star icons are required fields. All other fields are considered optional and if left blank may not display in your final profile.

Receive email section - select the format preference to receive information via email

Subscription section - As new listings are added and updates are made to existing listings, you will receive notifications via email to your user account email address based on the sections you select here. You may change this setting at any time.

Captcha - this is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. Please enter the text in the field as it appears.

If it returns an error message,

A new captcha code will automatically appear and you may enter it again. All of your completed fields will remain intact.

Click the Sign up button to complete.

Should there be any incomplete fields, you will be asked to complete the fields and enter the captcha code again and click the Sign up button again.
